Terms of Service

  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
    1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the legal relationship between Luxury Wheels (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), and individuals or organizations (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") regarding the rental of luxury and sports cars and related services.
    2. By using our website, making a reservation, or engaging with our services, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
    3. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company's website.
  2. RENTAL SERVICES AND VEHICLES
    1. The Company offers the following services:
      • Luxury and sports car rentals for various durations
      • Chauffeur services
      • Airport pickup and delivery
      • Special event vehicle rentals
      • Corporate rental packages
      • Vehicle insurance (as a third-party service)
      • Concierge services for luxury car rentals
    2. All vehicle rentals are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.
    3. Images of vehicles, specifications, and features on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual vehicles may vary in color, trim, and exact specifications.
  3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
    1. All prices are listed in US Dollars ($) unless otherwise specified.
    2. The Company accepts the following payment methods:
      • Credit and debit cards
      • Bank transfers
      • Digital wallets
      • Installment payment plans (for eligible rentals)
    3. Payment information is processed securely through third-party payment processors. The Company does not store complete credit card details.
    4. The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time. Vehicle rentals will be charged at the price displayed at the time of booking.
    5. A deposit of 25% of the total rental price is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours before the vehicle pickup date.
  4. BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION
    1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
    2. Booking process:
      • Customer selects desired vehicle and provides required information
      • Company confirms availability and provides a booking summary
      • Customer pays the required deposit
      • Company issues a booking confirmation with rental details
    3. The Customer is responsible for ensuring all provided information (name, driver's license details, contact information) is accurate. The Company is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information.
    4. The Company will send booking confirmations and rental documents to the email address provided by the Customer.
  5. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
    1. Cancellation by Customer:
      • 72+ hours before pickup: 90% refund of total rental price
      • 24-72 hours before pickup: 50% refund of total rental price
      • Less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund
    2. To cancel a booking, Customers must contact our customer service team in writing with their booking reference number.
    3. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and issued using the original payment method.
    4. The Company reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to vehicle damage, mechanical issues, or force majeure events. In such cases, the Customer will receive a full refund or the option to book an alternative vehicle.
  6. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS AND DOCUMENTATION
    1. Customers are responsible for meeting all driver requirements and providing necessary documentation:
      • Valid driver's license held for at least 3 years
      • Minimum age of 25 years (30 years for high-performance vehicles)
      • Valid credit card in the driver's name
      • Proof of insurance or purchase of our insurance coverage
      • Valid passport or government-issued ID
    2. All documents must be original, valid, and presented at the time of vehicle pickup.
    3. The Company reserves the right to refuse rental to any Customer who does not meet the driver requirements or fails to provide the necessary documentation.
  7. VEHICLE USAGE AND RESTRICTIONS
    1. The Customer agrees to the following vehicle usage restrictions:
      • Only authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle
      • No smoking in the vehicle
      • No pets in the vehicle unless specifically authorized
      • No racing, speed testing, or off-road driving
      • No use of the vehicle for illegal activities
      • No transportation of hazardous materials
      • No towing or pushing of other vehicles
    2. The Customer is responsible for adhering to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the rental vehicle.
    3. Violation of these restrictions may result in additional charges, immediate termination of the rental agreement, and forfeiture of all payments.
  8. SECURITY DEPOSIT AND DAMAGES
    1. A security deposit ranging from $2,000 to $10,000 (depending on the vehicle) will be pre-authorized on the Customer's credit card at the time of pickup.
    2. The security deposit will be released within 7-10 business days after the vehicle is returned in its original condition, subject to inspection by the Company.
    3. The Customer is responsible for any damages to the vehicle during the rental period, including but not limited to:
      • Exterior or interior damage
      • Mechanical damage due to negligence
      • Missing parts or accessories
      • Excessive wear and tear beyond normal use
    4. Damages will be assessed by the Company and charged against the security deposit. If damages exceed the security deposit amount, the Customer will be responsible for the additional costs.
  9. GOVERNING LAW
    1. These Terms are governed by the laws of South Korea.
    2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Seoul, South Korea, in accordance with the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board rules.
