To rent a luxury car, you'll need a valid driver's license (held for at least 3 years), a major credit card in your name, proof of insurance, and a valid passport or ID. For certain high-performance vehicles, additional documentation or a specialized driving license may be required. All documents must be original, valid, and presented at the time of pickup.
Yes, the minimum age requirement for renting our standard luxury vehicles is 25 years. For high-performance supercars like Lamborghinis and Ferraris, the minimum age is 30 years. Some exceptions may be made for drivers aged 23-24 with excellent driving records, subject to additional fees and insurance requirements.
Our rental prices include the vehicle, comprehensive insurance with standard deductible, 24/7 roadside assistance, and a limited number of kilometers per day (typically 150-200km depending on the vehicle). Additional services such as chauffeur service, extended mileage, additional insurance coverage, and airport delivery are available at extra cost.
A security deposit is required for all rentals, ranging from $2,000 to $10,000 depending on the vehicle. This amount is pre-authorized (not charged) on your credit card at the time of pickup and released within 7-10 business days after the vehicle is returned in its original condition. Any damages, traffic violations, or additional charges will be deducted from this deposit.
Our standard cancellation policy offers a full refund if canceled 72+ hours before pickup, 50% refund if canceled 24-72 hours before pickup, and no refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup. For special events or peak seasons, a stricter cancellation policy may apply, which will be clearly communicated during booking.
Yes, we offer delivery and pickup services to locations including hotels, residences, airports, and business addresses within the city limits for an additional fee. Airport delivery includes meet-and-greet service. For locations outside the city, additional charges apply based on distance. Please arrange delivery/pickup services at least 24 hours in advance.
